1. Order Cancellation

- The product is already out for delivery.
In such cases, you may reject the product at the time of delivery.
2. Non-Cancellable Items
We do not accept cancellations for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, fresh food items, or similar products. However, if a perishable item is delivered in poor quality, you may request a refund or replacement by providing clear evidence (such as photographs) to our customer service team.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must report it to our customer service team **within 5 days** of delivery.
Once reported, the concerned seller/merchant will verify the issue. After verification, we will take an appropriate decision regarding refund, replacement, or return. You may be required to submit supporting evidence like photos or videos.
4. Manufacturer Warranty Products
For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, any complaints, defects, or service-related issues should be directly addressed to the manufacturer. 8197062483 will not be responsible for resolving manufacturer warranty claims.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.) within **5 business days** from the date of approval. Actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or payment gateway.
6. General Terms
- All cancellation and refund requests must be raised through the Platform or by contacting our customer support.
- Refund eligibility is subject to verification and approval by the seller/merchant and 8197062483.
- We reserve the right to reject any refund or cancellation request that does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
